Standard UK Delivery £3.50
My standard UK delivery is with Tracked Royal Mail 48, which usually takes 2-3 days. Orders received will be processed and despatched within 2 days. Please allow up to five days for delivery.

International (Europe) £18.00
European orders should arrive within 6-7 days.

International Tracked (Rest of the World) £30.00
International orders should arrive within 7-14 days and will require a signature.

Collection in Person
If you have chosen to collect you order from me it is by appointment only. Please supply a telephone number so that we can arrange a mutually convenient time.

Where possible I try and use recycled packaging. This may mean you receive your order in a branded outer bag. I usually turn the bag inside out to avoid confusion! I try and reduce waste wherever possible.

RETURNS

In accordance with distance selling I am bound by law to accept returns if you change your mind. We all do that from time to time. But I hope you are pleased as punch with your purchase! If by some chance you aren’t happy with your order please send the item back to me at YooNeeYak Bags, Benvenuto, Pitmore Lane, Lymington, Hants, SO41 8LL, in the original packaging and let me know by emailing me at sarah@yooneeyak.com. I regret that, currently, I am unable to cover the return postage in these circumstances. I recommend that you obtain a ‘Proof of Posting’ or use a ‘signed for service’ to ensure its safe return. Once your return has arrived safe and sound, I will issue you with a refund.

Please note that all items need to be returned within 14 days of purchase, complete and in a resaleable condition and that bespoke or personalised orders may not be returned, unless faulty.
